That video is 30 minutes long, if you stare at and focus on anything that long you're likely to fall into a trance or meditative state. Altered states of consciousness can cause weird things to happen with tulpa creation, sometimes including fast development. You creating a tulpa with this video had nothing to do with the video itself, it was just the state of mind the video induced
Seemed like the frequency changed throughout the video too.

Of course they don't, but nor does "the subconscious mind" really exist.

Your subconscious "mind" probably shouldn't be called a mind. That makes people think of it as a hidden entity of its own, when it's really just a jumble of everything.
That too, but I just didn't explain the subconscious mind very well. Ironically, my train of thought was lost.

Anyways, subconscious is subconscious. It's still "you", more "you" than your own identity even. It's like the body's mind compared to your much more condensed and specific conscious mind.

It does not have ulterior motives or anything like that, nor do tulpas have anything to do with it.

Well, you know what I mean. Being able to "access it" and all that. You could still relate tulpas to it like any mental processes could be.
A few years back people used to mention "dead periods" pretty regularly, just give it time and continue interacting with her as you normally would.(edited)
A part of me wants to say she's just tired from all the activity but another part is worried I fucked her up some how. I figured it was too late in the game for that anyway.
Thanks for the reply though that is reassuring, and makes sense. Hoping to hear back from her soon.
Forcing develops your tulpa. Like others were saying, the video could get you in a trance and you could force them, but the video itself won't do anything
So, yes, watch it, it could help, it's not going to hurt you

Anyways, on the subconscious... that's a phrase I haven't heard in any of my psychology classes unless talking about Freud. It's been replaced, so to speak, with the unconscious mind, which is a much more accurate name. It's not "beneath" your conscious mind, it is not your "hidden desires" or so forth. The common belief is that the unconscious mind runs alongside your conscious mind and pushes you to do certain things to what it perceives to be to your benefit. It's still accessible to you, however, with some good introspection.
